Melissa Troberg is a seasoned professional fiddle player. She started playing fiddle at the age of six following the contest circuit up the West coast through her childhood winning many Regional and State titles and ranking Nationally.  She has also judged many fiddle contests including the National Fiddle Contest in Weiser, Idaho.  She received her Bachelor's Degree from Chico State in Liberal Studies and enjoys teaching music privately. She plays Texas Style, Bluegrass, Country, and Old Time.  Melissa has opened with other artists for Riders in the Sky, Lainey Wilson, Nate Smith, Aaron Watson, Crystal Gale, Dave Stamey, Pam Tillis, Matt Stell and many more. She enjoys studio work of all genres, community service in her rural community and exposing her children to the wonderful life and adventures in the music industry.
